We love Saturday’s at CFBC!  There is a little more time to play and get in some fun wods.  At 10 we get to introduce new friends to CrossFit.   Tell everyone about it and then bring them with you.   See you there!

  • 100 ft Walking lunge
  • 50 Push-ups
  • 50 Double-unders
  • 25 Knees to elbows
  • 5 Rope climbs, 15 ft
  • 50 Box jumps (24,20)
  • 25 Overhead squats(65,45)
  • 25 L-pull-ups
  • 50 Sit-ups
