Our Foundations class provides a full introduction to CrossFit principles, the ten general physical skills, the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit, as well as other movements you will see in Workouts of the Day (WODs).
Foundations is three 60 minute classes. We will focus mainly on your form, technique, and individual motions with a gradual increase in intensity as the classes progress. Each session involves an instruction component followed by a workout incorporating and reinforcing what you have learned that day. We honor consistency before intensity to help our athletes stay safe and achieve the best results possible especially while learning new things!

CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD)
CrossFit WODs are our standard workouts, changing daily to ensure you achieve a fitness that is well-rounded and non-specialized. This means whether you come at 06:00 AM or 06:30 PM you will be doing the same workout as your friends in other class times.

Bootcamp is circuit style classes that cover all the bases. In this class we aim to improve and challenge all the elements of fitness such as strength, endurance, cardio, coordination, and balance. This 45 minute high intensity class will pump up your muscles, jack up your heart rate, and torch calories all while having the support and motivation of other amazing “bootcampers” around you!
We will work every muscle in the body with light to medium sized weights, kettlebells, body weight conditioning, and more! And the best part? CrossFit Brier Creek Bootcamp is open to ALL fitness levels! Whether you’re just getting started or you’re a long time fitness fanatic, we promise to provide the perfect challenge for you in every single class!
We offer a strength-based class called Power Up! This class teaches the fundamentals of basic weightlifting techniques to ensure safety and of course killer results! If you’re looking to expand your knowledge, burn body fat, and tone your entire body then this is the class for you!
This class is cardio free; and focuses solely on strengthening your whole body using a combination of “standard” moves – and a few surprises thrown into the mix like our core and balance segment! With Power Up! you are strengthening your entire body (including your bones), increasing your metabolism so you can burn MORE calories even after the workout is over, AND improving your athletic performance to give you longer plank holds, faster sprints, and higher jumps!
During Open Gym times we open our facility to any CrossFit Brier Creek members who are seeking to supplement their regular WODs.
Open Gym is the perfect time to work on your form and technique, pursue your own WOD, or perform a WOD that you missed from earlier in the week.
