Partners Row and AMRAP!
We haven’t done a partner workout during the week in a while. In this wod, one partner will always be rowing and one will be working through an AMRAP. Work together as a team to quickly complete 4000 meters and also accumalate reps!
Workout of the Day 7/18/13:
In teams of two complete: 4000 meters of rowing, switching every 500 meters.
While one partner is rowing the other partner is working through AMRAP of:
- 12 Deadlifts (135,95)
- 9 Power Cleans (135,95)
- 6 Toes to Bar
Each team will have two scores…Row time and total rounds and reps.
