Mid Week Max
We have made it to mid week! Keep working hard and showing up consistently. Today’s workout has an active rest/skill component to it. Rest days are super important but they don’t have to be completely inactive. Come on in and crush your push press 1 rep max and then play around with some fun gymnastics movements!
Workout of the Day 4/17/13:
Push Press 1-1-1-1-1
After the push press we will take some time to practice anything that has to do with pull-ups, muscle-ups and rings. Many of you are at different stages for each. Take the time to learn the basic skill before moving on to the advanced.
