This is make up day for the strength work we missed on Monday.  Build up to a 1 rep max.  After that, we will be taking 65% of your 1 rep and using it for our metcon.  Make this last day of May your best!

  • 2 Front Squats
  • 10 Lateral Bar Jumps
  • 1 Front Squats
