In today’s wod you are going to have to complete a set number of points.  Work hard to finish or get as close to finishing each round as you can.  Of course we have some motivational consequences to help you get there!

Workout of the Day 4/16/13:

In 4 minutes complete:

  • 400 Meter Farmer Carry (53,35)
  • 100 Double Unders

1 minute rest/transition

In 4 minutes complete:

  • 1000 Meter Row

1 minute rest/transition then repeat both 4 minute work cycles.

The farmer carry and double unders can be partitioned any way you want.  If you finish one round in under 4 minutes you can accrue points by doing more double unders.  The same holds true with the 1000 meter row.  If you reach 1000 meters in under 4 minutes you can continue to row for points.

The goal of this workout is to get at least 3000 points.  Points are a total of meters and reps combined.

Penalty:  For every 50 points under 3000 perform 3 burpees after the wod.
