Core Challenge

Today’s wod is going to be challenging to the core! All of these movements will require lots of core strength and endurance. Remain efficient and attack this one one movement at a time.

3 Rounds for Time:
- 25 Wall Balls (20,14)
- 50 Sit-Ups
- 25 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)
- 50 Lunges
- 25 Slam Balls (30,20)
