Its a good day to find some new prs!  We will be starting with a bench press max and finishing out with a max height box jump.  Many of you have not found your comfort zone on box jumps.  Today will be a great day to practice jumping on the boxes and if ready building some height.  Use your arms and tuck your knees nice and high to land soundly on top!

Workout of the Day 7/10/13:

Bench Press 1-1-1-1-1

20 @ 50% +10lbs

Then,

  • Work up to a max height box jump
