3 Position Snatch:  Build up to a heavy single or stay light and practice

10 Minute EMOM:

  • Even minutes: 1 Snatch + 1 Overhead squat
  • Odd minutes: 5 Strict Pullups (ring rows or jumping) – no bands

Today our main focus is on our continual quest to perfect the snatch.  The 3 position snatch is a great way to emphasize and train the positions.  The sequence will be top down. High hang, above the knee and floor.
