Work and Rest!
This Saturday, CrossFit Durham is hosting the 5th annual Carolina Fitness Challenge. We have a couple of our coaches/athletes judging at the event. This is a good opportunity to check out a competition that isn’t far from home. If you have some free time on Saturday come out and cheer on the competitors and support our friends at CrossFit Durham.
Today is all about intervals. The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. This performed for 8 intervals or a total of 4 minutes on each movement. You can pick the order in which you would like to tackle this. The wod is scored by total reps achieved. Hydrate and get some sleep. This is going to be a good one!
Workout of the Day (WOD) 1/16/14:
Perform Tabata intervals for each of the 3 movements. Rest 1 minute, then repeat.
