We are coming into the last couple weeks of our strength program.  Upon completion, we will be getting new maxes on all of the lifts we have been working.  Until then, continue to stay consistent and crush those plus sets at the end.  Our metcon has power snatch and toes to bar in an ascending 3 round pattern.  We did this rep scheme a few weeks ago and it is a bit different from 21-15-9.  Welcome to the new week!
