This is the fourth week of our Wendler strength cycle.  This means we are backing the weights off and deloading.  Next week we will add more weight to our maxes and keep getting stronger.  This Saturday is our CFBC Summer Games/Party.  If you haven’t found a partner and signed up do it soon.  It is going to be a fun time!
