Week 2
We are starting week 2 of our Olympic lifting bias. Keep the focus on good technique and establishing power from each position. We would rather see you staying light on the weight and perfecting the movement. Don’t worry, at the end of the month we will get some weight on the bar!
Don’t forget to keep your schedule free this Saturday night for our Holiday Party. This will be a great time to get out of the gym, relax and meet other CFBC athletes. Check out the event page on Facebook for all the info. We hope to see everyone there!
Workout of the Day (WOD) 12/9/13:
5 Sets:
- 3 Power cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Jerks
Then,
For Time:(split up however you like)
- 150 Squats
- 75 Hand Release Push-ups
