  • Build up to a 1 rep max

Then,keith overhead

“Grace”

  • 30 Clean and Jerks for time (135,95)(115,75)(85,55)(55,35)

This will be our second week of maxes and benchmarks.  Last week we filled up the PR board and I am sure that this week will be the same.  Today we start out with a front squat max and then move into the benchmark wod “Grace”.
