Back squat: 60%x5 reps, 70%x5 reps, 75%x 5 reps x 2 sets.

Front squat: 60%x5 reps, 70%x5 reps, 75%x 5 reps.

  • 1 Minute Row (calories)
  • 1 Minute Overhead Squats (155,105)(135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)
  • 1 Minute Box Jump Overs (20″)

Core: 3 rounds, not for time:

  • 10 GHD back extensions with 2 second pause at top/parallel to the floor (weighted)
  • 15 Ab mat sit ups (weighted)

Today will be the last day of this back squat/front squat cycle.  Next week we will be starting a new strength cycle, while still sticking to the CrossFit Weightlifting program.  Everyone has been doing great and it is awesome to see so many working on the extra core assignments.  No doubt it will pay off!
