Bench Press:

  • 6-6-6-6challenge life

Then,

10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 15 Calorie Row/ 10 Calorie Bike (alternate each round)
  • 15 Box Jump Overs (24,20)
  • 15 Goblet Squats (53,35)(44,35)(26,18)

We are bringing it down to the bench this Wednesday.  This will be the same strategy as Monday.  Keep the weights as heavy as possible for all 4 sets with minimal change.  We will finish out the class with a mid week AMRAP.  Work on being consistent as you work through your rounds.  Check out the clock at 5 minutes and try to get as many rounds as the first half in the second 5.
