Wall Balls and Calories
Welcome back to the week! Thank you to everyone that came out on Saturday to take on the hero wod “Murph”. We are always impressed at the amazing support and camaraderie of CFBC athletes.
Today is another workout from Foundations class. It involves wall balls, rowing for calories and a 2 minute cash-out of double unders. Team up with a friend and get some work done!
Workout of the Day 5/28/13:
12 Minute AMRAP partner wod:
- Switching every 2 minutes, one partner performs max rep wall balls(20,14) while the other rows for calories.
After the 12 minutes is complete, rest 2 minutes then:
- 2 minutes of max rep double unders. Both partners working at the same time.
The team score is the total wall ball shots plus total calories plus double under reps.
