Valentine’s Day Partner Wod:

Teams of 2 for time: (split up however you like)valentine

  • 30 Partner Burpees(one holds a plank while the other does a burpee and jumps over)
  • 100 Wall Balls(20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 100 Pull-ups(banded)(ring row)
  • 200 Double Unders(300 singles)
  • 4-20′ Rope Ascents(80 Pushups)(60 pushups)(40)

Then immediately start:

4 rounds:

  • 15 Thrusters(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)(18,13)
  • 15 Box Jumps(24,20)

Happy Valentines Day!  This was the same wod that we did last year except the weights are a bit heavier.  Don’t worry, everyone is stronger now.  You are welcome to bring a non member Valentine to partner with .  I will have a scaled version for them to do with you.  Nothing says love like getting your ass kicked at CrossFit!
