  • Even minutes: 7 Toes to Bar(abmat), 7 Power Cleans (155,105)(135,95)(95,65)(55,35)
  • Odd minutes: 7 Toes to Bar, 7 Front Squats

It is time to get our bench press on!  We haven’t benched in a little while so take some time to get set up and comfortable under the bar.  Each set should be a building set. Starting with a set of 5 and going down by 1 until you finish with a 1 rep set.  The EMOM is going to be a tough one.  You will have to work really hard to finish the required reps in the minute, but it can be done.  If you don’t make the reps just move on to the next minutes required movements.
