Press: 70%x3, 80%x3, 90%x3+
Then,
10 Minute AMRAP:
- 35 Unbroken Double Unders(140 singles)(70 singles)
- 10 Overhead squats w/2 sec pause in the bottom (45,35)(35,25)(25,15)
This is the second week of our strength cycle. Today we move up to 70,80,90% for 3 reps. Remember to give it your all on the last “plus” set. Our metcon today has an added challenge for you double unders masters. All rounds must be completed unbroken for it to count. You can do it! If you are not doing double unders the unbroken rule does not apply.
