Hang snatch:
- Work up to a 3 RM. Then 3 reps @ 95% 3RM, 3 reps @ 90% 3RM.
Push Jerk:
- Work up to a 5 rep max. Then 5 reps @95% 5 RM, 3 reps @90% 5 RM
Then,
For Time:
- 150 Double Unders(250 singles)
- 75 Kettlebell Swings(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
Today we will get back to some hang snatch work as well as add the push jerk to our program. The jerks will come from the racks. Our metcon will be a sprint. Try to keep your breaks minimal and go all out.
