Front Squat:Halloween-pumpkin-burpees

  • Build to a 3 rep max, then 3 reps @ 95%, 3 reps @ 90%

For Time:

  • 31 Burpees

Front squat Friday is here!  We will start out building to a 3 rep max front squat and then backing off for two sets of 3 reps after that.  Our metcon will be the end to this month’s burpee challenge.  Knock these out as quickly as possible but be wary of evil along the way. BWahahahahaha!
