- 400 Meter Run
- 50 Air Squats
It is that time of year again where we begin to ramp up our running and bodyweight movements to prepare for the “Murph” event. Today is fairly simple, run and squat. You will need to keep a steady pace on the squats. Learning to push through the pain of fatigue will be extremely important for your training. As you do fatigue, make sure to fight to keep the best form that you can. This will help you to be more efficient and faster.
