30 Minute AMRAP -In Teams of 2:
- 5 Handstand Pushups (abmat)(box)(floor)
- 10 Power Cleans (135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)
- 15 Burpees
- 20 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)(18,13)
- 25 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
*One partner will complete a round and then the other partner works to complete a round. Each team will work to complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes.
I have heard talk of how some of you don’t like partner wods because you feel that you are letting your partner down. This is the exact opposite of what these wods are about. They are about teammates supporting each other no matter what. Nobody at CFBC is going to the CrossFit Games (yet). We all come in on Saturdays to get a workout in and socialize. When you partner up, it is about the team. You should play to the strengths and weaknesses of each individual. That is what team sports are about. We used the acronym TEAM a lot in the fire service. It stood for; Together Everyone Achieves More. Whether you are a seasoned veteran or the newbie this holds true. TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE!
