Tabata Intervals

- Pushups
- Toes to Bar (knee raises)(abmat)
Our strength work heads to the bench today. Work off of 90% of your 1 rep max and go all out on the last set. The metcon today is interval based for total reps. The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 cycles. You will complete all 8 cycles (4 minutes) before moving on to the next movement. Your score will be the total of all of your reps.
