3 Rounds for Time:
We will get back to our regular Thursday skill work next week. For this week, since we were off on Monday, we will go after a metcon with some skills included. Snatches, pushups and toes to bar are all movements that we have practiced extensively over the last several months. Running is most definitely a skill that we can all get better at but that is a story for another day. Stay as efficient as possible and keep your split times consistent. See you there!
