- 3 Toes to Bar (Knee raises, AbMat)
- 6 Clean and Jerks
- 6 Toes to Bar
- 9 Clean and Jerks
- 9 Toes to Bar
- 12 Clean and Jerks
- 12 Toes to Bar
- …continue up by 3 until 7 minutes is up.
The CrossFit Open is right around the corner. The first wod will be released the 27th of this month. We will be doing the wods on Saturdays and if you are registered you will be provided a judge that day. This week we will be revisiting some Open wods from the past. It will be fun to go back through and see how we have improved or if you are new to get a chance to try out an Open wod before it starts. Have a great week!
