Clean and Jerk

  • Build up to a new 1 rep max

Then,

Every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 5 minutes

  • Sprint 50 meters, walk back to the start

A pr in the clean and jerk would be an awesome way to end the week!  We will spend the majority of the class time focusing on the build up to a new max clean and jerk.  Then we will finish out with some sprint training.  I am looking forward to seeing everyone get together on Saturday for the hero wod “Murph”.  We will all pull through it together.  The wod will get started at 10am and  we plan to eat around noon.  See you there!
