The “CrossFit Total” is the ultimate strength benchmark in the CrossFit world. It is the combined weight of back squat, press and deadlift 1 rep maxes. After warming up, you will get 3 attempts to find a 1 rep for each movement. This takes a long time so try to get in early to warmup before class.
