“The Bear Complex”
5 rounds for max weight of the complex:
- Power Clean
- Front Squat
- Push Press
- Back Squat
- Push Press
*1 round consists of 7 sets of this complex. Take as much time as needed between rounds.
The Bear Complex can be performed in many different ways. Today we will follow these rules. All 7 sets must be completed without dropping the bar or resting on the ground for the round to count. You must fully stand the power clean up before beginning the front squat. Squat cleans are allowed but cannot go directly to a thruster(completely stand up) You can thruster the bar from the squats to the push presses. Jerks are also allowed. Have fun with this one and don’t get mauled!
