Build up to a heavy set of the complex:

  • 1 Power Clean
  • 1 Front Squatbrett shoulder
  • 1 Jerk

Then,

For Time:

  • 25 Deadlifts(135,95)(115,85)(95,65)(55,35)
  • 25 Handstand Pushups (abmat)(box)(floor)
  • 25 Deadlifts

On this Friday the 13th we will try to keep order with a barbell complex and a fast metcon.  No surprises today.  The barbell complex consists of 1 power clean + 1 front squat + 1 Jerk.  You will build up to the heaviest weight that you can perform all three movements without dropping the bar.  Deadlifts and handstand pushups will follow up the complex in another “sprint to the finish” metcon.
