“Open Test” (from competitorstraining.com)

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 50 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 50 Double Unders(100 singles)wall ball 15
  • 40 Box Jumps(24,20)
  • 40 Toes to Bar(knee raises)(abmat)
  • 30 Chest to Bar Pullups(chin over)(banded)(ring row)
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Cleans(145, 100)(115,85)(95,65)(55,35)
  • 20 Jerks
  • 10 Snatches
  • 10 Muscleups(10 pullups, 10 dips)(10 pullups, 10 pushups)

We last did this wod December 8th of last year.  Work your way through as far as possible in 20 minutes.  These chipper style wods area always tough but the great thing is that once you complete a movement you move on to another.  Stay tough and get as far as you can.  This is a benchmark wod so make sure to record it as such.  You will see it again.  Have a great week!
