Then,
2 Rounds:
- 2 Minutes to complete 100 double unders(150 singles)
- 2 Minutes to complete 30 Situps
- 2 Minutes to complete 30 calorie row
Bench press is on for our strength work today. You will be building up to a 2 rep max. Try to shoot for 90-95% of your 1 rep max. Our metcon is in an EMOM style. Instead of 1 minute you will have 2 minutes to complete the required work. You should be finishing with enough time to rest and transition to the next movement.
