Bench pressing today!  Go all out on the last set but make sure to have a spotter there to help you out and to push you.  Our metcon is an AMRAP of hang power cleans, box jumps and pushups.  Keep a steady pace and focus on being efficient as opposed to coming out of the gate wild.  Happy Wednesday!
