- 15 Situps
- 12 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
- 15 Double Unders(20 singles)
It has been a while since we had a partner workout. If you are competing in the In-House competition this will be a good opportunity to work with your partner. One partner will go through a round and then the other will work through. The score will be combined rounds plus any extra reps.
