“Tabata This”
Perform Tabata intervals with each of the five movements. There is a one minute rest/transition between movements.
- Squat
- Row
- Pull-up
- Sit-up
- Push-up
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. For each movement you will do 8 cycles of this, rest 1 minute and move on to the next movement. Tabata This is scored by the total of the lowest reps achieved during the 8 intervals.
For example: If during my 8 intervals of squats I get these numbers- 200,500,300,300,1000,200,400,1. My score for squats is 1. So, a little strategy needs to go into this. Have fun!
