- 21 Double Unders (30 singles)
- 18 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
- 15 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
- 12 Burpees
This is one of those wods that you just have to dig in and fight through. Have a plan for how you will break up the reps and go after it. It is very possible to go unbroken on all of these movements. The wall balls are going to be the struggle bus loading zone but you can get through it if your mind is right. Have fun!
