Team Wod (team numbers depending on class size):

2 Rounds for max reps, 2 minutes at each station.  Each team will be accumulating reps together.

  • Tire flips

  • 100′ Prowler push(90#)
  • 100′ Sled drag(90#)
  • Calorie row
  • 50′ Weighted bar carry(225,185)
  • Slam ball(30,20)

This is going to be a really fun team wod!  It has many elements of strongman.  Depending on the class sizes ,we will have teams of 2,3 or 4.  Either way it will be a fun and different way to wrap up the week.
