- 10 Deadlifts @ 60% of today’s working weight
- 25 Double unders
We have made it to another Friday. Everyone has been crushing the kettlebell swings and wods this week. Try not to miss out on any of the strength days. If you do have to miss one try to make it up during open gym times. Your strength will thank you!
