Strength Test
Its time to find a new 1 rep jerk max and test our body weight strength. This can either be a split or power/push jerk. Stay focused on your initial set up so that everything can fall into place. It is also important to move quickly under the bar and recover correctly. After the jerks we will be re-doing our base line test minus the 400 meter run. I have also added 1 minute of pull-ups.
Workout of the Day 5/29/13:
Jerk 1-1-1-1-1
Then,
- 1 minute max rep air squats
- Rest 1 minute
- 1 minute max rep push-ups
- Rest 1 minute
- 1 minute max rep sit-ups
- Rest 1 minute
- 1 minute max rep pull-ups
*Post jerk weights and reps for each movement.
