Congratulations to our newest Foundations graduates!  They will be joining us in the regular wods this week.  Thanks for making them feel at home and welcoming them in!

This week we are changing the strength program slightly.  We will be starting out with a 5×5 back squat at 85% of your previous 1 rep max.  If you have a solid 1 rep max then this is going to be very challenging.  This is the point.  Push yourself to make all reps for 5 sets.  If you cannot complete 5 reps then back it down to 80%.  After your fifth set we will back the weight down to 50% and complete 20 reps.  The goal here is to do 20 unbroken reps.  Everyone is getting stronger and will continue to if you stay consistent and stay on top of your nutrition.  Enjoy the week!

Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 @85% 1 rep max

20 reps @ 50% 1 rep max

Then,

For Time:

  • 30 Burpees
