Skill:
Glute Ham Developer(GHD)
- Back Extension
- Hip Extension
- Sit-ups
It is the last day of the month. You still have time to knock out a few more sit-ups! There are several thousand on the board right now that Team CFBC has completed. Keep up the good work. Today we back squat and front squat. We will be doing sets of 5 again but under some different percentages. Our skill focus will be on the Glute Ham Developer(GHD) apparatus. We will discuss specifically 3 accessory movements performed on the GHD as well as a few more if time allows. Come on in and get stronger and more skilled!
