All metcon today. It is a little heavier and longer than yesterday. We will spend a good amount of time warming up and then go to it for rounds and reps. Yesterday was tough coming off of the holiday. Remember that no matter how hard you fall off the wagon you can always start over fresh the next day. Try to stay as consistent as possible this month and carry that over to the new year.
