Then,

10 Minute AMRAP:Power clean warmup

  • 30 Lateral Bar Jumps
  • 30 Chest to Bar Pullups (chin over)(banded)(ring row)
  • 30 Power Cleans* (165,115)(145,95)(115,65)(55,35)

Today’s back squats will be the same weight across all 5 sets.  Build up to 85% of your 1 rep max and then perform 5 sets of 3 reps.  After that we will get into some AMRAP fun with lat bar jumps, pullups and a little heavier power cleans.  Start the week off right and get in for some functional fitness!
