Press:

- Bar Facing burpees

- Overhead Squat(75,45)(55,25)
- Bar Facing burpees
This is our last week of 5-3-1 cycle before we de-load and add some more weight. Make sure to squeeze every ounce of effort you can into the plus reps. You will and are getting stronger by going after these sets. In today’s metcon, the rx athletes will squat snatch and T2/3 will overhead squat along with bar facing burpees. The squat snatch has to be caught in a squat. Power snathes followed by a squat will not be allowed. This is the reason that there are two different movements within the tiers. No matter which tier you choose, this is going to be an awesome Monday!
