A couple weeks ago we practiced kettlebell snatches. Today is your chance to show off your skills. Start off with 15 deadlifts. Making sure to keep your back flat for each and every rep. The 12 kettlebell snatches must be split evenly between right and left arms. Finish each round with some jumping. Have fun!
