  • New athletes -light skill/position work
  • Experienced -Light skill and position work/build to a heavy set of 1

Then,

12 Minute EMOM

  • Odd mins: 3 Squat snatches
  • Even mins: 10/8 calorie assault bike

Our big focus today will be on improving the snatch.  This is a very technical movement that takes years and lots of practice to perfect.  If you aren’t comfortable with this lift we will be keeping it really light, working on technique and only going up in weight if things are looking good.  For you guys that are experienced you will spend some time drilling technique and then start building up to a heavy set of 1 or perhaps even a PR.  Afterwards, we will get into an EMOM with snatch and bike.
