Snatch:

  • Work up to a max for the day, thenSnatches 4
  • 3 sets x 1 rep @ 90%

  • 1000 Meter Row

Today you get a chance to test your 1 rep max snatch.  We are going to build up to a max and then do 3 sets of 1 rep with 90% of that max number.  Afterwards, we take on a rowing benchmark.  Tomorrow is our in-house competition “The Battle for Brier Creek”!  Athletes need to arrive to check in between 8-8:30.  We will have a briefing at 8:30 and the first heat will start at 9:00.  There will not be any regular classes Saturday.  This is going to be a lot of fun!
