EMOM for 10 minutes:
- Snatch Grip Push Press + Snatch Balance + Overhead (you pick a weight)
Then,
- Build up to a heavy 1 rep snatch or work on positioning for the snatch
Tonight at 8 pm the first CrossFit Games Open wod will be released. CrossFit always has a live Open release show where two former Games athletes go head to head. Tonight it will be the champ, Rich Froning against Mat Fraser (2nd at 2014 Games). These are always fun to watch. You can watch it through games.crossfit.com. Enjoy the show and grab some motivation to get to the gym to improve your snatch!
