Power Snatch:

  • Build to a 1 rep max
    3-2-1 GO!!!

    3-2-1 GO!!!

Then,

3 Rounds for reps

  • 1 Minute- Bike (calories)
  • 1 Minute- Power Snatch (50% of  today’s 1 rm)
  • 1 Minute- Row (calories)
  • 1 Minute- Rest

We begin our session today with a build up to a 1 rep power snatch max.  If you are new to this we will be working on technique with light loads.  Once you establish a max we will use 50% of that number for the metcon.  Snatch and burn!
